Ingredients :

200g low-fat frozen strawberry yogurt
250g strawberries
1 liter (4 cups) no-fat milk

Method :

  1. Soften yogurt slightly, cut into pieces. Hull strawberries, cut each in half.
  2. Blend or process ingredients, in batches, until smooth.
