All-Bran is a low-fat, high-fiber breakfast cereal based on wheat bran whilst Special K is a low-fat breakfast cereal based on rice and wheat and it is a good source of calcium and iron. For low-fat eating, opt for low-fat yogurt which contains a fat content of less than 0.2%. You need 5 passion fruit for this recipe. Also known as granadilla, passion fruit is a tropical fruit native to Brazil. It has a tough dark-purple skin surrounding edible black sweet-sour seeds.

Ingredients :
1/3 cup (20g) All-Bran
1/3 cup (20g) Special K
1/3 cup (20g) puffed wheat
250g strawberries, hulled
1 cup (280g) low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup (80ml) passion fruit pulp
Method :
- Combine cereals in small bowl.
- Cut six strawberries in half; reserve. Slice remaining strawberries thinly.
- Divide half of the cereal mixture among four 1-cup (250ml) serving bowls; divide half of the y0gurt, all the strawberry slices and half of the passion fruit pulp among bowls.
- Continue layering with remaining cereal and yogurt; top with reserved strawberry halves and remaining passion fruit pulp.
